Tai Chi
Tai Chi is the practice of meditation within  a series of movements performed in a slow, relaxed and harmonised way.  The origins of Tai Chi began many hundreds of years ago in China.  For millions it is a daily part of life, a gentle exercise which stretches and works every part of the body, ensuring that the mind and body continue to work in harmony.  Whilst it tones the body and strengthens joints, Tai Chi helps reduce blood pressure, arthritis and back pain and is good for posture, breathing, balance and anxiety.
